Shanghai built the first hydrogen charging station in China

Recently, Tongji University, in cooperation with Shanghai Shunhua New Energy System Co., Ltd. and Shanghai International Automobile City (Group) Co., Ltd., successfully passed the expert acceptance of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission's project "Research and Development and Demonstration of New Energy Vehicle Hydrogenation and Charging Integrated Replenishment Station". The project team has built hydrogenation and charging stations in China through the transformation of Anting hydrogenation station, and the power for the charging pile is from the photovoltaic power generation and grid coupling power supply in the station. The project team also completed the quantitative risk assessment study of the co-construction of hydrogen refueling and charging stations, and led the development of the national standard "Technical Specification for Safety of Hydrogenation Stations" (draft for approval). In the standard,   it is clear that hydrogen refueling stations can be co-built with charging stations, and relevant safety regulations are made. The completion of the project will not only provide hydrogenation guarantee for fuel cell vehicles operating in the Shanghai International Electric Vehicle Demonstration Zone, but also provide charging services for electric vehicles. It has played a good demonstration role in the promotion and construction of multi-energy supply stations for new energy vehicles in the future.
