How to select electronic load!

1) It must be confirmed that the rated input voltage, rated input current and rated input power of the selected model can meet the test requirements with a slight margin.

2) If dynamic test is required, confirm whether the current slope is programmable and the slope control fineness. The slope control frequency of JT63 series is 500Khz.

3) If the dynamic test requirements are high, confirm whether the * * current slope meets the test requirements. For the same series of products, the * * current slope is proportional to the rated current, and the constant is the full range current climb time (Min. Rise Time). Therefore, the smaller the full range current climb time, the better the dynamic performance. The full scale current climb time of JT63 series is 10uS.

4) If the test environment is bad, the load with high loop bandwidth should be selected. Generally speaking, the smaller the full scale current climb time (Min. Rise Time), the higher the loop bandwidth, the better the performance under bad conditions (higher power input rejection ratio), and the higher the reliability (shorter duration of offset impact).

5. Users with high requirements for intelligent applications and automated testing should choose the load with high sampling rate, which can ensure the restoration of input signals, ensure the accuracy of servo applications and provide conditions for the expansion of intelligent applications. JT63 series adopts 500Khz synchronous sampling technology, which can measure noise peak/effective value, transient overshoot Vp+, transient drop Vp -, power rise/fall time and other functions that cannot be provided by general loads.

6. For production line applications, priority should be given to the systematicness and convenience of automatic test function, and try to avoid LCD display with small viewing angle.
