According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, on September 20, the 14th Cross-Strait Information Industry and Technology Standards Forum, co-sponsored by the China Communications Standardization Association, the China Electronics Industry Standardization Technology Association and the China Ju Industry Common Standards Promotion Foundation, announced four common standards in three fields, including solar photovoltaic, cloud computing and service applications, and one "Cross-Strait Cloud Computing Industry Application Case Collection Version 3.0", Signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Cross-Strait Cooperation in Promoting the Standards and Industry of the Internet of Vehicles.

The experts also conducted in-depth discussions on standards cooperation mechanism, technical standards formulation, industrialization cooperation and other issues of concern to both sides, and reached 35 consensus. These 35 consensuses include: in the field of intelligent manufacturing, implement and complete the development of four common standards, namely, "Application Standard for Robot Grinding and Polishing - General Technology", "Cross-equipment Manufacturing Communication Standard - Communication Interface between Robot and Tool Machine", "Robot Vision Standard" and "Robot Controller Standard"; Carry out the development of four common standards, including intelligent detection based on machine vision, technical requirements for tool machine interconnection, tool machine-to-cloud communication architecture and tool machine information model; Carry out research on mechanical safety and information safety standards of smart machinery across the Taiwan Straits.

In terms of cloud computing, the application case version 4.0 is prepared, focusing on the cases of cloud computing combined with smart cities, big data, Internet of Things, etc., and gradually forming the cross-strait cloud computing application case library; Continue to meet the needs of cross-strait industrial cooperation and promote the substantive implementation of cross-strait industrial cooperation; Carry out the preparation of the Research Report on Common Standards of Development, Operation and Maintenance Integration (DevOps), and promote the preparation of common standards for the follow-up development, operation and maintenance integration methods and technologies across the Straits; Promote the preparation of common standards of Technical Requirements for Node Subsystem of Complete Cabinet Server and Technical Requirements for Electronic System of Complete Cabinet Server; Promote the establishment of cross-strait cloud computing open source cooperation mechanism, share cross-strait open source technology and application innovation achievements, etc.

In terms of the Internet of Vehicles, based on the signed Memorandum of Understanding on Promoting the Standards and Industries of the Internet of Vehicles across the Taiwan Straits, a cross-strait expert technical committee was established to carry out exchanges and cooperation on the standards and industries of the Internet of Vehicles; Strengthen the cooperation between the Internet of Vehicles and advanced driving assistance system (ADAS) modules and systems; Carry out standard research, test and application of LTE-based Internet of Vehicles wireless communication technology (LTE-V2X) and 5G Internet of Vehicles wireless communication technology (5G-V2X); We will continue to strengthen the research and cooperation between the two sides on the emergency rescue technology and service standards of the Internet of Vehicles.

In the field of mobile communication/mobile internet, promote the cooperation between the two sides in the research and development, industrialization and commercial deployment of NB-IoT-related products, and promote the NB-IoT industry to achieve low cost as soon as possible; Jointly promote the construction of 5G industrial ecology and the research of 5G business across the Straits; Strengthen the cooperation between the two sides in the field of 5G standardization.

In the field of solar photovoltaic, strengthen the exchange and cooperation of the photovoltaic industry across the Taiwan Straits, jointly promote the formulation and promotion of common standards for solar photovoltaic across the Taiwan Straits, and promote the application of solar photovoltaic cells; Continue to participate in IEC/TC82 standard activities, support WG8 photovoltaic cell working group and PVQAT, and promote the development of international standards in solar photovoltaic field.

In terms of lithium-ion batteries, the common standards of Safety Requirements for Li-ion Monomer Batteries and Battery Systems for Electric Energy Storage Systems and Performance Requirements for Li-ion Monomer Batteries and Battery Systems for Electric Energy Storage Systems have been formulated; Carry out research on the reliability evaluation method of lithium-ion power battery system.

In terms of semiconductor lighting, we will jointly discuss smart health lighting standards for office and classroom lighting.

It is reported that since 2005, the forum has formed a total of 388 industrial consensus and published 49 common technical standards across the Straits, which has become an important platform for cross-strait cooperation in information industry and technical standards.
